Rob always responded quickly. The work was done exactly as I expected and we are very happy with our refreshed basement/laundry area. The mold and efervecence is gone and our walls are clean and bright and the musty smell is gone. We had a little mineral breakthrough which was expected and Rob came out again to touch it up.
